It lets you control both suction and speed in order to customize your own level of personal comfort for efficient milk flow. The pump handle is ergonomically designed to minimize hand fatigue while pumping. The pump is also small, portable, and discreet for use anywhere at any time.Press down faster on the handle to help promote let-down when you first start pumping, then change to slower presses on the handle after let-down to better mimic baby’s deep suckling once your breast milk is flowing. Massaging Breast Cushion for Let-Down The pump features a soft breast cushion with massaging rings for comfort. The shape of the cushion molds perfectly to the shape of your breast to help stimulate let-down and efficient flow of milk while pumping. Ergonomic Handle for Comfort The ergonomic handle is designed to align closer to the milk collection bottle while pumping. This helps to minimize your hand fatigue and create a more comfortable experience while pumping with one hand. Made with Few Parts The pump is easy to clean (hand wash or dishwasher) and assemble because it has few parts. To start pumping, just ensure the breast pump shield with valve is properly connected to the milk collection container.

There is a sitting area in the bathroom so I can just lock the door and have a relaxing pumping session. When first coming back to work I had bought a lansinoh manual pump to take to work with me. I love it! The pump fits comfortably in my hand and only has 3 pieces to clean to make for quicker clean-up. I paid 25ish for the lansinoh. Pumping was going well but I was having engorgement issues because I only pumped 1 breast at a time. In order to pump both breasts I would have been taking up the restroom for approximately 30-45 minutes, every 2-3 hours and that seemed excessive. In order to maximize the output of a session, I decided to buy another pump and wondered if there may be an even better one out there and there might be.but its not this one.

I was under the impression than manual pumps are so simple it would be hard to mess it up. But NUK succeeded. The handle is to large and far away from the pump itself, you would have to have relatively large hands to make it work comfortably, and I have some long hands. It makes a popping sound every time you squeeze the handle (very annoying). The suction was to much for me, causing pain and not maximizing the output. Its virtually impossible to use the pump without that piece because its very oddly shaped and doesn't cup your breast the right way. Also the ounce markings on the bottle are light yellow, and are extremely hard to see. Overall I really wish I would have just forked out the 10 extra dollars and bought another lansinoh, but I love trying new things and thinking there is always something better out there, and we have had such good luck with the NUK brand, but this product is a fail.I went through two others before I came to this one and now it is the only one I use. My son is now 5 months old. I have been working and pumping since he was 2 months old. I discovered that this manual pump produced the most milk in the least amount of time when combined with compressions. I will add that I have rather large breasts and nipples and other pumps were just not a good fit, but this one was perfect for me!I used to think this was a result of me only using it while out and about- maybe when I was engorged. I use it more lately and now think this is a quirk of sizing—- I am around a 24mm in spectra flanges. Whatever size this dang thing is, it fits me great. As to reviews that the suction is off - try pulling all the way off and repositioning. And comments that the grey suction disk pops out of the half dome- you are probably pumping too hard or too fast. All I need is a slower, gentle rhythm and I fill this thing up before I know it. I’m back on here cause I’m considering getting a second it’s been so successful for me.

My only wish is that I could buy replacement soft parts separately. At the time I was desperately working on increasing my milk supply so I didn't want to take a break from pumping. Normally I use a Spectra pump and a NatureBond milk catcher. While this product will certainly work, I don't know how I could possible use this for more than a day or two because the hand pump really feels like a workout. Normally I pump for a minimum of 10min but will usually do 15. With an electric pump, aside from holding the bottles, it's not uncomfortable. But with the Nuk, by minute 2 my hands were REALLY hurting. And on a 5 day vacation, by day 2 I gave up hand pumping because my arms, hands and wrists were too sore.First, the rubber cover makes a huge difference. And I get a better pump with this versus my electric breast pump. I have 3 electric pumps and nothing compares to this. I mainly bought this for trips away from Baby since it’s easier to pack and more discreet. But I totally see myself using this all the time. It’s easy to clean and feels comfortable in my hand. But now that I think about it, I wish NUK would come out with a rubber covered handle for more comfort. I love that NUK bottles attach to the pump, that convenience is indescribable for a mom with a toddler and newborn. I recommend this to anyone looking for a manual pump. You won’t regret it.After just over a month, there is no more suction from the pump. I've tried everything to get it to work but it barely feels like a tickle when i try to use it. It's disappointing to know that a product with so much initial promise has failed miserably, especially when needed most. I've resorted to finally splurging and investing in an electric pump. I no longer recommend this pump.Figured this one would be just as good so I ordered it instead of spending a little extra and immediately regretted it. It doesn’t pull the nipple out far enough and when I let go of the handle part the suction slowly lets up instead of right away.

Hard to explain but you can’t really control the speed of this pump. Better off hand expressing. I threw away the pump part and kept the bottle. Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again I love the silicone flange. The price was excellent. I prefer a hand pump to electric, though a hand pump does not pull all the milk like and electric so if you have a stubborn let down, use and electric pump so that you’re not disappointed.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Unfortunately, the pump is not compatible with these bottles, which I didn’t find out until I opened the box. Once you open the box, you can’t return it. I emailed Nuk to complain and they sent me some coupons as an apology but you can’t use them on amazon.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again I actually prefer to use this one. It can definitely get tiring for your hand but I find the pump really fast and effective. It’s also very comfortable to use and easy to clean. Great pump!Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again It can't be used in a microwave sterilizer which sucks but that's my bad for not reading it better. It's a small issue though. It comes apart easily and it very easy to clean. Would recommend:)Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again El precio es accesible. Llego en tiempo y en su empaque perfecto.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again It’s actually painful to use, only has the option for one size for flange, it leaks, clicks very loudly when pumping.I would never recommend this.

It was too bad I couldn’t return it for sanitary reasons because it was a big waste of money.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again The product arrived on time The product arrived on time. I would not recommend this product if you have to pump multiple times a day. With manual pump the hand pains and you still cannot multi-task.The make of the product is excellent but the suction cup starts to make noise if you pump more than 10 mins. The sound is annoying.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Yo no pude amamantar a mi bebe por el pezon pequeno y esta fue mi ultima opcion antes de desertar de darle leche materna y me funciono excelente, a pesar que utilice pezoneras, y varias opciones para poder darle pecho. Estoy muy contenta con la compra!!Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Se usa muy facil, no lastima y extrae bastante leche en poco tiempo. La unica desventaja es que la botella no incluye tapa, solo la tetina.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Most mums will run into situations where they need to express milk for their own comfort. The handle on the Medela Harmony manual breast pump has been designed to twist, so you can always get the best angle to pump the milk without having to move your arms into an uncomfortable position. The lever has a nice, soft rubber cover that makes pumping a little easier on your hands and helps the pump operate quietly. The breast pump simulates the natural baby sucking behaviour at the mother's breast. Once milk starts to flow, you switch to the longer side of the handle which creates a slower sucking cycle to express the majority of your milk. It is small, lightweight and easy to transport. The Harmony manual breast pump is what every mama that is pumping needs, whether for back up or regular use. Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was able to try the Harmony breast pump and it has been a big game changer for me. This pump works better on-the-go for me than my battery-operated pump does and it is way less of a hassle.

My family took a trip to Arizona and this pump was very handy and easy to pack. I did not have to worry about tubes being connected or my little one trying to grab at the tubes while I pump. The stand was more helpful than I thought it was going to be. I have knocked over a few freshly expressed breast milk bottles after pumping with my electric pump, which led to unnecessary frustration. The great thing about the stand is I can use it regardless if I'm using an electric pump or the Harmony manual breast pump. This pump effectively extracted my breast milk consistently. The suction on this pump is great on both pump settings. The let-down setting worked very well, surprisingly. I was not expecting the let-down setting to have as great of suction as it did for a manual pump. This pump was fairly easy and comfortable to use. The only uncomfortable part about using this manual pump is that my forearms, wrist and hand got fatigued in the middle of pumping. Manual pumping is a great way to build up some grip strength. This pump was fairly easy to clean and the great part about this pump is there are less parts to clean. Woo hoo! I definitely will use this pump with my next child as well. My very first hand pump was given to me by a hospital in which I delivered my first baby 3 and a half years ago. I absolutely loved it. I had an insane amount of milk and needed to pump often as I was working on decreasing my supply. I also was a working mom. So this pump was used in the office, on the air plane, airport, car, home. You name it. One thing kept breaking though. The handle that holds the silicone part that creates suction, somehow it kept ripping every few months. I tried other pumps and hated they way they felt. I actually bought like 5 pumps because it kept happening. Two months ago, I had my second baby.

I got this pump again hoping I'll have better luck, two months later am once again in need of another pump. I love this pump so much but so frustrated!!!!! I can't be buying a whole new pump every time. I think I'll try to get used to a different brand.
