It's easy to hold and comfortable in the ear. The product doesn't work correctly unless you have one of the plastic covers on the tip which is a drawback for me (I don't want to have to keep buying the plastic covers, I'd rather just sanitize the tip with lysol or rubbing alcohol). It's easy enough for my 3 year old to use (even though she can't read the results).
