The book suggested checking to be sure the gas was turned on. We had turned it off earlier in the day before going through the tunnels across Chesapeake Bay. He went out and turned the propane tank on, and the problem was solved. My only disappointment about the book is it doesn't give enough diagrams of parts of an RV, but then with so many brands out there, I guess it would be impossible to cover them all. We're still pretty new at RV'ing but we refer to the book periodically and while it can't tell you how to fix everything, it at least gives you some clues to know how serious your issues might be. I couldn't find a book that covered a 2003 Jayco Eagle 5th wheel.
