Positioning Block Positioning Block Installing the Child Seat Installing the Child Seat Ve rsa- Te ther (T op T e ther) Install with LA TCH using only the short belt path as shown above. Installing the Child Seat: Harness Mode Installing the Child Seat: Har ness Mode Rotate the positioning block to 2 the front and place the child seat on the vehicle seat. Verify that the LA TCH strap is 3 not twisted and firmly press the LA TCH connectors onto their adjacent LA TCH anchors to attach. Push the child seat into the 4 vehicle seat and pull the end of the LA TCH strap through the belt slot to secure. If the child seat is not secure, repeat the installation procedure or use a different seating location. Remove all slack from the tether webbing. Always ensure any excess webbing is contained within your vehicle.Do not use the long belt path for LAT CH or lap belt installations.
